This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies clinicamuvi.comuses, for what purpose and how you can accept or reject them at any time. It complies with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used to remember information about your visit. Alongside cookies there are other browser storage technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), which serve a similar function and which we treat the same way in this policy.
3. Our approach
We have designed this website to rely on third parties as little as possible:
- We do not use advertising cookies or commercial profiling cookies, and we do not share your data with advertisers.
- The fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts, so your IP address does not travel to a third party just for opening the page.
- The Google map and the Google reviews (Elfsight service) only load on the pages that display them and when you reach that section, not when you open the website.
- Analytics is off by default and is only switched on if you accept it.
This means that if you reject cookies, the website keeps working exactly the same. You lose no functionality.

We have enabled IP anonymisation and Google's consent mode , so that without your authorisation no information is stored on your device. You can see how Google handles this data in its privacy policy.

6. International transfers
Google Analytics may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as an additional safeguard. If you would rather no such processing takes place, simply reject measurement cookies. The Google map and the reviews widget (Elfsight) may also process data outside the European Economic Area under their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to clinicamuvi@gmail.com. There is more detail in our privacy policy. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the tools we use or the applicable regulations change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
