Recent surgery
After a hip or knee replacement, spinal surgery or any operation that leaves you with very limited mobility in the first weeks.
I come to your home in Águilas, Calabardina, Pulpí and Terreros. The session is 60 € and, before you book anything, we talk on the phone: I tell you honestly whether the visit will do anything for you or whether there is a better option for your case.
The home visit service is not something you buy with two clicks. I need you to tell me first what happened, how you are and what situation you are in, because there are cases where my coming to your home will do nothing for you.
Sometimes what you need is a medical assessment before a physiotherapist. Sometimes it is best to wait a few days. And sometimes the best thing is to come to the clinic, where the session costs you less and I have more resources. I tell you on the call, and that conversation costs you nothing.
These are the situations where going to the clinic is not feasible, or where the journey is a risk or an effort that is not worth it.
After a hip or knee replacement, spinal surgery or any operation that leaves you with very limited mobility in the first weeks.
When leaving the house means a risk of falling, depending on others or a disproportionate effort for the length of the session.
Bedridden or dependent patients, where the journey itself is the most complicated part of the whole treatment.
The first days after an acute episode, when travelling to the clinic makes the symptoms worse or is simply not possible.
If you don't drive, have nobody available at that time and public transport is not a realistic option for you.
Working on the exercises in your real environment, with your stairs, your sofa and your bed, and leaving clear guidance for whoever cares for you.
I would rather lose a €60 session than charge you for something that won't help. This is what I usually answer on the call.
If your case is a better fit for the clinic, I tell you and we book there: the clinic session is €45. And if you live far away and only need follow-up on your exercise plan, there is online physiotherapy.
On WhatsApp or on 614 966 298. You tell me what happened, who the patient is and what situation they are in. No obligation and no cost.
Honestly: whether a home visit makes sense, whether the clinic is better, or whether what you need first is something else. This is where I save you money when that is the case.
Full assessment and treatment at your home, at the time we agree. I adapt what I do to the space and the means available.
I leave you exercises designed for your home and specific guidance for your family or carer. And we decide together whether another visit is needed or not.
I set out from the clinic, in the centre of Águilas. These are the areas I usually travel to.
I also cover the outlying districts of Águilas. If you live near this area but your town is not listed, ask me and I will tell you whether I can get there.
I would rather tell you "there's no need for me to come" on the phone than charge you €60 for a session that was not going to change anything.

A single rate and an explanation of why there are no packages. You know what you pay before I knock on your door.
At your home · Águilas and surrounding area
Why €60 and why no packages? Because coming to your home means the clinic is closed for more than two hours between the journey there, the session and the journey back, and in that time I can't see anyone else. The difference from the clinic session does not cover that cost, so lowering it with packages would not be sustainable. I would rather explain it than invent an offer I can't keep up. Payment by cash, card or Bizum.
I do. There is no pool of rotating professionals and no subcontracted staff.

I am a registered physiotherapist, founder of Clínica MuVi and physiotherapist of Águilas F.C. I run the clinic on my own, and that has a direct consequence: when I go out on a home visit, the clinic stays closed.
That is why the home visit service is not an extra I sell to everyone, but something I keep for those who really need it. If you can come, I would rather see you here. If you can't, I come to you.
€60 per session. It is the only rate: there are no packages or volume discounts for the home service, and below I explain exactly why.
Because coming to your home means the clinic is closed for more than two hours between the journey there, the session and the journey back. In that time I can't see anyone else. The €15 difference from the clinic session does not come close to covering that cost, so lowering it with packages is not viable. I would rather say it plainly than invent a rate I can't sustain.
No, and that is on purpose. Home visits are always arranged by talking to me first by phone or WhatsApp. I need to understand your case to tell you honestly whether the visit will do anything for you or whether there is a better option. I don't want you to pay €60 for a session that won't help.
Águilas and its outlying districts, Calabardina, Pulpí and San Juan de los Terreros. If you live near that area but it is not on the list, ask me and I will tell you whether I can get there.
Yes, and it happens more often than you would think. There are situations where coming to your home adds nothing compared with what we can do at the clinic, or where what you need is something else: a medical assessment, imaging or simply waiting a few days. When that is the case I tell you on the call and charge nothing for telling you.
A clear space where you can lie down and where I can move around you, and comfortable clothing that gives access to the area to be treated. I confirm any specific details on the prior call, depending on what we are going to do.
It depends on the case. For patients with reduced mobility, recent surgery or people who can't travel, a home visit is clearly the best option and often the only one. For cases that benefit from ultrasound assessment or equipment only available at the clinic, the clinic is better. That is exactly the conversation we have before you book.
Yes, it is one of the most common reasons. Recovery after an operation, bedridden patients or people with very limited mobility, and older people for whom leaving the house is a risk or a disproportionate effort.
Yes, and sometimes it is the most sensible thing: start at home while mobility is poor and move to the clinic as soon as you can travel, where the session also costs you less and we have more resources.
Cheaper, with all the clinic's resources available.
If the injury comes from training or competing, the full approach is on that page.
